Lord, I thank you for your grace and mercy. Praying for discernment, peace, healing, protection, and breakthrough in all areas of my life. Still heartbroken about the state of my marriage. I just don't understand what to pray for when it come to my marriage. I been praying for restoration, healing, and saving it. I am not sure if that is what I should be doing anymore. If you call this number 855-382-5433 someone can provide a free phone consultation with a licensed counselor. Please call them and seek assistance. Also, it might be helpful to try some practical steps by looking for things to do to keep his mind off his negative feelings. Maybe he can pursue an activity, sport, or hobby that he enjoys and that makes him feel good. Physical exercise has the added benefit of helping to relieve negative emotions naturally, too. I’ll be praying for you and your son. Stay strong in Him.

Depression is an attack on the mind. It occurs when you feel a lack of hope. Doctors
say it is anger turned inward. It happens when you feel anger at a boss or loved one and you feel you can't express it for fear of the loss of love or the loss of a job.
Satan will use this as an opportunity to attack your mind.
Jesus defeated Satan at the cross and took away his tools of evil so he tries to attack your mind by putting
evil thoughts in your mind.
You need to bind the Spirit of Heaviness and all evil spirits out of your mind.
Put on the full Armor of God and pray a hedge of protection around yourself.
The best thing you can do is get up and go do something fun or find some way to help others.
Here are some scriptures You can focus on for your mental health.
Rom.12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

Here are some things to do that will help:
1. Exercise. Move the body...walk or run. 20-30 minutes of outside exercise.
2. What is one thing you enjoyed doing in the past? Find a day and time to spend 10 minutes doing that activity or something similar.
3. Journal...Write down your thoughts so you can get rid of the negative ones..
4. Stay away from negative media, posts, anything that triggers negative emotion.
5. Watch an inspirational movie - there are some great Christian movies out now.
6. Write down scripture or positive affirmations and put them in the bathroom and around house. Read them daily.
7. Do something for someone else. .
