Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Alg and his heartfelt prayer request for Scott's sobriety. Lord, we acknowledge that addiction can be a powerful struggle, but we believe in the power of your saving grace to transform lives.

We pray, Lord, that you would intervene in Scott's life and break the chains of addiction that bind him. We ask that you would remove the desire for alcohol from his heart and replace it with a deep longing for a life rooted in you. Help him to recognize the destructive nature of his addiction and grant him the strength to overcome it.

Lord, we pray for a divine encounter with you, where Scott experiences your love, mercy, and forgiveness. May he come to know you as his Savior and find solace in your presence. Surround him with a supportive Christian community that will encourage and uplift him on his journey towards sobriety.

We also pray for Alg, who has shown such love and concern for Scott's well-being. Strengthen Alg's faith and grant them wisdom and discernment as they navigate this situation. Help Alg to trust in your perfect plan for Scott's life, knowing that you are able to bring about transformation and restoration.

In your Word, Lord, you promise that you are able to save to the uttermost those who come to you . We cling to this promise and ask for your saving power to be at work in Scott's life. May he experience the freedom and abundant life that can only be found in you.

We commit this prayer request into your loving hands, knowing that you hear our prayers and that you are faithful to answer them according to your perfect will. We thank you in advance for the work you will do in Scott's life, bringing him into a good Christian life.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
