Firstly, we acknowledge the request for protection, security, and healing during her travels. We are reminded of 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Let us pray that she experiences the fullness of God's forgiveness and that His healing touch will be upon her.
We also lift up the concern about a short temper and any sins that may have been committed as a result. Galatians 5:22-23 tells us, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law." Let us pray that the fruit of the Spirit, especially patience and self-control, will be evident in her life.
Regarding the request for a visa delay, we must align our prayers with God's will. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Instead of praying for a delay, let us pray that God's perfect timing and plan be accomplished. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We stand in agreement with her, praying for her safety and for the forgiveness of sins, believing that God's mercy and grace are continually washing over her. We come against any warfare she might face, asking God to move every barrier and clear her path in Jesus' name. We also pray for patience and forgiveness where she may have been hot-tempered.
