Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up these prayer requests on behalf of ###. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance in each situation.
First, we pray for ###'s sobriety. Lord, we know that addiction can be a powerful struggle, but we believe in your power to bring healing and deliverance. We ask that you would surround ### with your love and grace, providing him with the strength to overcome his addiction. May he find support and encouragement from those around him, and may he experience the freedom and restoration that can only come through you.
Next, we lift up ###'s health to you, Lord. You are the ultimate healer, and we ask that you would touch ###'s body with your healing hand. Bring restoration and wholeness to every part of their being. Grant wisdom to the doctors and medical professionals involved in their care, that they may make the right decisions and provide the best treatment. May ### experience your peace and comfort during this time, knowing that you are with them every step of the way.
Lastly, we pray for ### and his upcoming surgery. Lord, we ask for your divine guidance and skill for the medical team performing the surgery. Grant them wisdom and steady hands as they work. We pray for a successful procedure and a smooth recovery for ###. Surround him with your love and peace, easing any anxiety or fear he may have. May your healing touch be upon him, bringing complete restoration to his body.
Lord, we know that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We place these prayer requests into your loving hands, trusting in your perfect will and timing. We thank you in advance for the answers to these prayers, knowing that you are faithful and true.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
