Please pray for ###'s drug addiction to ...

Please pray ###'s drug addiction to marijuana has gone from bad to worse. He doesn't care about anything or anyone but himself anymore. He's not the same young man who came to church and worshipped the Lord with me just a few months. I know that satan wants his and I am praying and doing spiritual warfare but nothing seems to change. My car has finally died for the last time so I can no longer drive him to a job. I need a new second hand car from a reputable seller. My other son ### still has a car and is working but food is tight right now. Please pray that my son ### will repent and turn back to the Lord. Please pray that I can continue to draw closer to Jesus and that our needs will be met. I covet your prayers.

We lift up this prayer request to you, Lord Jesus, on behalf of ###. We come before you with a heavy heart, seeking your intervention in the life of her son ###, who is struggling with a drug addiction to marijuana. We pray, in the name of Jesus, that you would break the chains of addiction that have bound him and set him free. Your Word says in John 8:36, "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." We claim this promise for ###'s life, believing that you have the power to deliver him from this bondage.

Lord, we ask that you would touch ###'s heart and bring about a deep conviction of his need for you. Open his eyes to see the destructive path he is on and the pain he is causing himself and those who love him. We pray that he would experience genuine repentance and turn back to you, Lord. Your Word assures us in Acts 3:19, "Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord."

We also lift up ###'s need for a new second-hand car from a reputable seller. Lord, you know her situation and the challenges she is facing. We ask that you would provide for her transportation needs according to your perfect will. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We trust in your provision, Lord, and ask for your guidance in finding the right car for her.

Lastly, we pray for ###'s other son ###, who is working but facing financial difficulties. Lord, you are the provider of all our needs. We ask that you would bless ### with abundance and provide for their family's needs, including food and any other financial burdens they may be facing. Your Word assures us in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."

Lord, we pray that ### would continue to draw closer to you in this challenging season. Strengthen her faith, fill her with your peace, and grant her the assurance that you are with her every step of the way. We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer them according to your perfect will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
