We are with you in spirit, crying out to God for your son's deliverance and salvation. We stand on the promise that "therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" James 5:16 WEB.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as this is the only way we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
We pray that your son will find freedom from his addictions and that his legal troubles will indeed come to a safe end. "So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." John 8:36 WEB.
We cry out for his salvation, that he would turn to Jesus and be saved. "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9 WEB.
We ask God to use his testimony for His glory, that his life would be a witness to the power of God's transforming love. "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth." Acts 1:8 WEB.
We pray for his health and strength, that he would live a life free from the chains of addiction and sin. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. Old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB.
Finally, we pray that you too will find peace and strength during this trial. "Don't be anxious for anything; but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Philippians 4:6 WEB.
Continue to pray and trust in the Lord, for He is faithful to hear the cries of His children. "He has shown his people the power of his works, in giving them the inheritance of the nations." Psalm 111:6 WEB.
