We are lifting up Roberta Long before the throne of grace, asking for God's divine intervention in her life. At 67 years old, she has been battling COVID and has struggled to connect with her family, relying on the care of medical workers. We commend these workers to the Lord, asking for wisdom and compassion as they tend to Roberta and others in their care.
Let us pray:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon Roberta Long. We know that You are the Great Physician, and there is no disease that can withstand Your power. Please bring comfort and healing to Roberta, and let Your light shine through her, even in this difficult time. We also lift up the medical workers who are caring for her. Give them wisdom, compassion, and strength as they tend to those who are sick.
We are reminded of Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), 'For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeks after.' Just as You promised restoration to Your people, we ask for restoration of health for Roberta.
Lord, we also ask that You would surround Roberta with a community of believers, that she may not feel alone. We pray for her family, that they would be able to connect with her and support her in this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Cyrwenn, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for Roberta, trusting in the power of God to heal and comfort. We are reminded in James 5:16 (WEB), "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." Keep praying, and trust in the Lord.
We also want to ensure that you have placed your faith in Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6). If you haven't, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for it is with the heart that one believes to righteousness, and with the mouth that one confesses to salvation (Romans 10:9-10).
