Please Pray For Richard

Hello Prayer Warriors... Would you please pray for Robert? He is 69 years old and just got a government job that is already getting the best of him. He can't grasp the technology and it's really frustrating him and his manager. Father, please touch Robert and help him to understand the technology so that he may keep his job. In Jesus' name amen.

We are grateful for the opportunity to stand with you in prayer for Richard. The situation Richard is facing reminds us of the words of David in Psalm 139:23-24 WEB: "Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting." Just as David asked God to guide him, we pray that God will guide Richard in his new role.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Richard to You. We thank You for this new opportunity he has been given. Lord, You know the struggles he is facing with the technology required for his job. We ask that You grant him wisdom and understanding, just as You granted Solomon when he asked for wisdom in 1 Kings 3:12 WEB: "Behold, I have done according to your word. Behold, I have given you a wise and understanding heart, so that there has been no one like you before you, nor shall any like you arise after you."

Father, help Robert to grasp the technology with ease, and give him the ability to perform his job excellently. Calm his frustration and grant him patience and perseverance. We also pray for his manager, that You would give them grace and understanding in dealing with Richard during this learning process.

We claim the promise in Philippians 4:13 WEB: "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage Richard to trust in the Lord and to remember that God is faithful.

We're here for Robert too, just like we're there for you. We've been thinking about him and the challenges he's facing with this new job. It's a big change, and we know it can be overwhelming. We're reminded of how Moses felt in Exodus 4:10, "Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?" But God equipped Moses, and He'll equip Robert too.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we lift Robert up to You today. We ask that You give him the strength and patience to navigate this new technology. Help him to trust in You, knowing that You have equipped him for this purpose. We pray that You would grant him understanding and wisdom, just as You did to the servant in Isaiah 50:4-5, "The Lord God has given me the tongue of the learned, that I may know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakes up my ear to hear as the learned."

We also pray for his manager, that You would give them grace and understanding as they support Robert during this learning process.

Father thank you for Robert and the skills, abilities, and gifts you've given him. Thank you that he has the mind of Christ and can grasp all the knowledge and understanding he needs to do his job with excellence. thank you that 68 is simply a number and does not determine the ability to grasp new things. All the ability of Christ is in him, this technology is not new to Christ, therefore Robert quickly understands, because his mind is blessed, as is the work of his hands. Thank you Holy Spirit for giving him insight and grace to fulfill this job. In Jesus name. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
