Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is struggling with anxiety. Lord, Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7 to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, to let our requests be made known to You. We ask for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their heart and mind through Christ Jesus.
Father, we acknowledge that fear and worry are tools of the enemy, and we pray for the strength to resist these feelings and to trust fully in Your divine plan. As it says in Romans 8:28, we know that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Help our brother or sister to hold onto this promise and to trust that Your plan is good, even when it is not fully understood.
Lord, we ask for a renewed focus on You, that they may release their fears and place their trust in Your unfailing love and protection. Strengthen their resolve to make daily choices that honor You, to follow and yield to Your will. As it says in Isaiah 41:10, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."
Thank You, Lord, for always having our back and for being our refuge and strength. We trust in Your promises and ask for Your guidance and peace to fill their heart.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
