Turning to the Word of God, we are reminded in Philippians 4:6, Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. and here we seeing God's timing and avoid worry. But this here is a fraud, scripture teaches us

Ephesians 4:25 WEB Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another.

While we wait patiently and in faith, we need to find the truth and avoid being defrauded as taught in 1 Thessalonians 4:6 WEB that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother in this matter, because the Lord is an how to have a godly relationship leading to marriage if the two are both Christians. avenger of all these things, just as we also told you before and testified.

Dear Heavenly Father,

It is only in Jesus, The Christ, Lord and savior that we are saved. We lift up Kensem to You, seeking Your wisdom and discernment in this situation. Lord, You know the circumstances and the people involved. We pray for truth and clarity. Unless the truth battles against Christian principles, we believe in honesty but definitely not at the expense of Christian principles. We trust Your timing who knows maybe the monies will arrive, but we need to trust You who knows all and controls all.

Help Kensem to communicate effectively and with love. Kensem, too, will need our prayers to guard your heart against bitterness or anger if the monies don't arrive, especially if Kensem has been defrauded as this is not in accord with God's principles. Fill this whole situation with Your peace, and help Kensem be open to and praying for Ngr. Joseph O, perhaps even to be guided towards the truth of Jesus Christ that she will know God's salvation.

May Kensem also pray diligently for God to come into Ngr. Joseph O's life that she can turn away from criminal activities but focus on a job with honesty. Her path currently leads to hell and judgment by our Lord.

God is faithful to work through us for the maximum benefit of His Kingdom. Maybe this is an opportunity that the Lord sees to allow us to grow and to help another to our Christian faith that we seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness.
