Lord, you promise us that you will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you (Isaiah 26:3, WEB). We ask for your peace to reign in their home. Help them to seek you first, and to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry (James 1:19, WEB).*
However, if there is any unrighteousness or sin causing the unrest, we pray that it will be exposed and corrected. As it is written, "There is no peace for the wicked." (Isaiah 48:22, WEB)
Nomoric, we encourage you to seek God's will for your home. Ensure that all members of your household are living in a manner pleasing to God. Remember, "God is not a God of confusion, but of peace." (1 Corinthians 14:33, WEB)
If you or any member of your household has not accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we strongly encourage you to do so. It is only through Him that we have access to God and can experience true peace (John 14:6, WEB).
