We are deeply touched by your request, Warsander, and we stand with you in prayer for your son, Jeremiah. In times of weakness and pain, we can always turn to our Almighty God for strength and healing.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Jeremiah to you. Lord, you know the pain and weakness he is experiencing after his surgery. We ask for your healing touch upon him. Comfort him in his pain and strengthen him in his weakness. According to your word in Psalm 147:3, 'He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.' We trust in your ability to heal and restore, Lord.
Guide the hands of the doctors and nurses attending to him, give them wisdom and skill. Help Jeremiah to recover quickly and completely, Lord. In the meantime, grant him patience and perseverance, and surround him with your love and peace that surpasses all understanding, as mentioned in Philippians 4:7.
Lord, we also lift up Warsander and the rest of the family. Grant them strength and comfort during this challenging time. Help them to trust in you and to rest in your sovereign will.
We ask all these things in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen."
Warsander, remember the words of the Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."
God is faithful and he hears our prayers. Keep trusting in him and keep crying out to him. He is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by his name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to call upon his name in your times of need. If you have any questions about this, we would be glad to discuss it further with you.
