Please pray for our housing situation. We were in the process of purchasing a mobile home but at the last minute it didn't work out.

Now we are trying to purchase another mobile home next to my dad's-- my dad's neighbor died in the home and his (neighbor's) sister is selling the home.

It is well within our budget (we've budgeted for money down now, trailer park rent [covers trash/plowing], 10 year mortgage w/ 12% interest, taxes, home insurance, mortgage insurance, utilities, heating costs, water/sewer costs, and we budgeted an additional $200 for any fees we may have forgotten-- not including our regular bills, groceries, spending money, savings, etc) and it will be CHEAPER overall than the apartment we are currently renting.

The owner of our apartment is selling in June (we are paid up until then) and the new owner is raising the rent beyond what we could afford.

Please pray in Jesus' name that we get approved for this trailer, and SOON.
