We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved individual who is seeking Your blessing for their career. We ask that You would guide their steps, open doors that no one can shut, and give them the wisdom to make decisions that align with Your will. Help them to remember that their work is ultimately for Your glory, and that serving their earthly employers honestly and diligently is a reflection of their service to You.
Lord, we also pray that this person would grow in their relationship with You, knowing that true success comes from being in Your will. May they find their identity in You, and not in their career or worldly achievements. Help them to be a light in their workplace, sharing the love of Christ with those around them. We also pray that they find their spouse and marriage team to be able to work together in unity to glorify God. We ask for any future spouse to come in Your divine timing.
Lastly, we pray that they would not be anxious about their career, but that in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, they would present their requests to You. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
