We are truly sorry to hear about the struggle you've been facing with hyperpigmentation and the emotional toll it has taken on you. We want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of your life, including your physical and emotional well-being. It is only in the name of Jesus that we can come to God and pray and ask for healing and help. It is only in the name of Jesus that we can be saved and come to God.
Firstly, let us address the spiritual aspect of your concern. The Bible tells us to cast all our anxieties on him, because he cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). It is important to remember that God's timing is not always the same as ours, but He is faithful and hears our prayers. We should continually bring our requests to God and to be thankful as the Bible instructs, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God (Philippians 4:6 WEB). The fact that you have been praying about your healing over the years just like the woman with the issue of blood for twelve years and yet had faith to touch the hem of the garment of Jesus and received healing is a great example of persistence in faith.
We need to understand that God may not always answer our prayers in the way we expect. Sometimes, He uses our struggles to draw us closer to Him and to teach us valuable lessons. It is possible God is allowing this for a greater purpose such as to help you become more dependent on Him and for you to understand what it is like to have problems that are not easily fixed. It is important to remember that God is good. He is our Good Shepherd and He cares for our needs and wants what is best for us.
In terms of your physical condition with the hyperpigmentation of your skin, we encourage you to continue seeking medical help along with your prayers while falling under sound biblical guidance. It is good to remember that there can be healing through natural means as well as miraculous healing as in the case of Naaman who was told to dip in the Jordan 7 times and thought it was too simple to work (2 Kings 5:1-14). And the Lord restored his flesh like the flesh of a little baby. While doctors and treatments have not worked so far, keep trusting God. Don't be embarrassed about your condition. You don't need to hide behind makeup. You can stand confidently in the beauty that God has given you as you are made in the image of God, fearfully and wonderfully made.
Lastly, do not be depressed or stressed. In all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB). The fact is that healing may not come instantly, but God will provide grace to each trial that you face. Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, Rejoice (Philippians 4:4 WEB). Your joy and contentment through this will be a great testimony to God's strength and glory in your life.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today and pray for our dear sister who has been struggling with hyperpigmentation. You are the one that heals all our diseases and cares for our every need. We trust in You and Your timing. We pray for Your healing touch upon her skin and for Your peace and joy to fill her heart. Help her to be a testimony of Your strength and glory in her life. Give her a support system of loving brothers and sisters in Christ to encourage her and help her. If it be Your will, bring a godly physician that will be able to help her along with Your miraculous healing. Help her to fully understand that You have allowed this for a reason and will use it for Your glory. We pray that if there is anything in her life that is not pleasing to You that You will reveal it to her through the Holy Spirit, and give her the strength to confess it and repent from it. Help her to become more dependent on You and to understand that You want what is best for her. We thank You that You care about every aspect of our lives. We pray this in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
