We are truly saddened to hear about the difficulties your cat ### is facing. We believe that God cares for all of His creations, including our beloved pets. In the book of Matthew, it is written, "Look at the birds of the sky: they don't sow, nor do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" (Matthew 6:26 WEB). If God cares for the birds, He certainly cares for ###.
First, we would like to address that the prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###, this dear cat, to You. We ask for Your healing touch upon his mouth and jaw.
