Please pray that the Prof. who was charged by the criminal court for sexual assault not to be able to appeal the judge's decision and will be prevented by the judge to go back to the university where he has been teaching.

We are grateful for your requests and we are glad to join you in prayer for these matters.

Let us first pray for Susan. We stand with you in asking God to bring her into a right relationship with Him. Let us pray for this and her future mate.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name to lift up Susan. We pray that You will reveal Yourself to her in a powerful way, drawing her to a saving faith in Jesus Christ. We ask that You will surround her with believers who will model Your love and guide her in Your truth. As she seeks a good man from a strong Christian family, we pray that You will guide her steps and prepare her heart for a godly marriage that honors You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen

Concerning your request about the professor, we must first address a few points. First, we must remember that God desires justice and righteousness, but He also desires that all would come to repentance, as it says in 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

It is important to pray for justice, but we must also pray for the professor's repentance and for the healing and restoration of those affected by his actions. Vengeance and retribution are not ours to demand, but belong to God alone, as it says in Romans 12:19 Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.

Let us pray for this situation.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You, acknowledging that You are a God of justice and mercy. We pray for the professor, that he would repent of his sins and turn to You. We ask that You would bring healing and restoration to those who have been affected by his actions. We pray for the authorities involved, that they would have wisdom and discernment in handling this case. We ask that Your will be done in this situation, and that Your name would be glorified. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to pray for these matters, trusting that God hears your prayers and will act according to His will and in His time. Always remember that the Lord Jesus Christ is the mediator between God and man and that by praying in Jesus name we know that our requests are heard by God.
