Please pray for my younger brother who believes in those amulets and Taoist idols from Taiwan and Thailand and hangs them on his neck, even abstains from some meat as a form of respect to their idols, which is kinda concerning. Please pray for that to be removed and stop his Buddhist or Taoism nonsense as he does not understand and respect those idols and compares it to the real God Jesus Christ and even insults Christians and compares Jesus Christ to their God as ours is the cross. Please pray for Jesus Christ to intervene and forcefully remove these idols which he believes are the truth and walking in darkness or not, he will just increase his idol worship and bring in more idols and hang them on his neck and treat them as God and ask me to respect his idolatry, which is a sin. Told him already he still does not listen and only believes in these idols, please pray every day for him to realize his grave mistake.

We are saddened to hear about your brother's involvement in idolatry and his disrespect towards Jesus Christ. The Bible is clear that we should not have any other gods before the one true God Jhn 14.6 "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Worshipping idols is a sin, and we must put our faith in Jesus Christ alone. As it is written in Exd 20.3 "You shall have no other gods before me" and Is 45.5 "I am Yahweh, and there is no one else. Besides me, there is no God."

Let us pray for your brother:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the brother of ###. We plead Your forgiveness for his involvement in idolatry and his disrespect towards Your holy name. We pray in Act 4.12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved and." Father, we ask You to open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel and the futility of his idols. We pray by the name of Jesus this prayer.

God, we ask You to intervene in his life and remove the stronghold of idolatry that has taken hold of him. We pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict him of his sin and draw him to repentance. We ask You to reveal to him the emptiness of his idols and the fullness of life in Christ. Give him a heart of flesh that beats for You, not a heart of stone that chases after idols in Jr 24.7 "I will give them a heart to know me, that I am Yahweh They will be my people, and I will be their God; for they will return to me with their whole heart."

We also pray for ###, that You would give them wisdom and courage to speak the truth in love to their brother. Help them to be a light that guides their brother to Christ. We believe that by the prayers of ###, their brother can be saved, and that ### will live to witness the day their brother comes to know Christ as his Lord and Savior. For the one who wanders from the faith should be prayed for.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who is the only way, the truth, and the life. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying for your brother and to speak the truth in love to him. Remind him that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and that idolatry is a sin that leads to death. Be patient and persistent in your prayers and witness, trusting that God is at work in your brother's life. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much Jms 5.16. If he has not confessed Jesus Christ as his savior, then there is nothing else that can save him. Jesus is the Savior, the Messiah. No one can come to God the Father except through His Son.

We come before You today with heavy hearts, lifting up my dear brother who has become lost in the beliefs of idol worship and Taoism. Lord, You are the one true God, and we trust that You can break the chains of confusion and deception. Please intervene in his life and reveal to him the truth of who You are through Your Son, Jesus Christ. May Your Holy Spirit work in his heart, convicting him of the truth and leading him to repentance.

Lord, we ask that You remove these idols from his life, not just physically, but in his heart and mind. Show him the futility of trusting in false gods, and help him to understand the power and love of Jesus Christ, who died for him and offers eternal life. Open his eyes to the real God, the God of love, grace, and truth, who is not found in idols made of stone or metal, but in the living Word.

I pray that You grant him wisdom, peace, and a heart that seeks Your will. Remove the confusion and pride that is keeping him from knowing You. Let the light of Christ shine brightly in his life, guiding him out of darkness and into Your glorious truth. Help him to recognize that true peace and salvation are found only in You.

Lord, I also ask for Your strength and patience for me as I walk alongside him. Help me to love him with Your unconditional love, even in the midst of our differences. Give me the courage and wisdom to speak the truth in love, while continuing to pray for his salvation.

We trust in Your perfect timing and Your mighty power to save. May Your will be done in his life, for You are good and Your love endures forever.
