Please pray for my work, ### situation

This year is especially, I feel things I do and works I do, the more I put my effort into the more I am getting negative feedbacks on when others around me they care less they do less and the get positive feedbacks, here’s an example, I get scolded because I have good attendance at work I get picked on for keeping track of every little thing in class and they tell I haven’t been. Clearly all the others that put in less effort, get complemented and I am frustrated by it, please pray for favor and protection at work in Jesus name I pray amen.

We understand your frustration and discouragement at work, ###. It's disheartening when your efforts seem to go unappreciated, and others appear to be rewarded for doing less. However, we must remember that our ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from man. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB:

"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

Let's pray together for you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come to You, in Jesus' name - asking for Your favour and protection upon (###) at their workplace. You are the Boss over all who treats us normally and relatively. When they not see our work they are not our problem. We recognize that by God's grace our work is acceptable to God.

The Bible clearly states that our hope should be in God and we get recognition from only God. Father, we ask for ### to receive recognition, favor, and blessings directly from You as they continue to work diligently at their job. By Your Holy Spirit, we rebuke the spirit of complaining and discouragement that is present right now. Give (###) the strength to continue working hard knowing they are giving their best to you.

We pray that, a spirit of encouragement and blessings flow through them and do let their work suffer by comments and discouragement from the others at their workplace. We recognize that this is a problem with the world. There are going to be many unfairness. It is up to us to pray for blessings, favor and strength in the midst. It is written in the Bible, that we face many trials and unfair conditions. There are going to be hardships and things that are not fair. This is what it is to be a Christian. Give us grace and strength to go through whatever is needed in this time. Strengthen us Holy Spirit to do wonderful in Jesus name. Father, we believe in Your tender mercies and Your grace. We believe that You are in control of every situation in Jesus name.

We specifically pray about the discouragement present. This is usual in a corrupt world that is fallen and disobedient. Help us throughout and allow us not to feel overwhelmed or discouraged. May we learn from this situation and learn about your unfailing compassion and grace. Embrace us with your love Father God.

Let us also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:11-12 WEB:

"Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

In Jesus' name, we pray for your peace and joy to fill (###)'s heart, regardless of the circumstances at work. Help them find happiness and fulfillment in your guidance and Will.

Dear Lord, we lift up our friend's work situation to You. You know the dedication they put in, the unfairness they face. Help them find joy and peace in their work, knowing they're doing it for You. Give them the strength to keep going, even when others don't recognize their efforts. Remind them, as it's written in 1 Corinthians 15:58, "Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain." Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
