Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother ### and his wife ###. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and healing touch upon ###'s eyes. We pray that you would stop the degeneration and bring about a reversal of any damage that has occurred.

Your Word tells us in Psalm 103:3 that you "forgive all our sins and heal all our diseases." We claim this promise for ###'s eyes, believing that you are the ultimate healer and that nothing is impossible for you.
