Please pray for my wife. She is up for a job promotion

My wife is up for a job promotion. She has already been offered and accepted the position, but now a small issue that occurred 10 years ago could potentially prevent her from getting the promotion. Please pray that God will grant her grace for any past wrongdoings and that his will be done in her career and this opportunity. I believe God opened this door as a blessing to her. I pray he did not open it to teach her a lesson and take it away from her. I trust his will whatever it may be.

Firstly, let us remember that God's mercy and forgiveness are boundless. The Bible tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). If there were any past wrongdoings, we trust that your wife has repented and been forgiven.

However, it is also important to trust in God's will, whatever the outcome. Romans 8:28 (WEB) reminds us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even if this promotion is not part of God's plan, we trust that He has something better in store.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Sulfeshan's wife. Lord, You know the situation she is facing with her job promotion. We ask that You extend Your grace and mercy over any past wrongdoings. Lord, if it is Your will, allow her to receive this promotion. But above all, let Your will be done in her life and career. We trust that You have a plan and a purpose for her.

Lord Jesus, we also pray that Sulfeshan and his wife continue to trust in You, regardless of the outcome. Help them to remember that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts higher than our thoughts. Comfort them with Your peace that transcends all understanding.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Sulfeshan, continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). We encourage you both to keep your faith and hope in Jesus Christ, as it is through His name that we have access to God (John 14:6 WEB).
