Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ### and their wife. We lift up their wife's job at the shelter to you, Lord. We thank you for her dedication to following the rules and ensuring fairness for the residents. We ask for your divine intervention in any disagreements or conflicts that may arise between the residents and employees regarding her decisions.
Father, we pray for your abundant grace to be upon her. May she experience your favor and protection in her workplace. Shield her from any harm or negative influences that may come her way. Surround her with your angels, Lord, and keep her safe from any harm or injustice.
We also ask for your blessings upon the work of her hands. May she excel in her responsibilities and make wise decisions that align with your will. Grant her discernment and wisdom to handle challenging situations with grace and compassion. Help her to be a source of comfort and support to the residents she serves.
Lord, we know that you are the ultimate source of justice and righteousness. We pray that you would guide her in making the right decisions, according to your wisdom and guidance. Give her clarity of mind and a discerning spirit to navigate any difficult circumstances that may arise.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness in answering. May your presence be evident in her workplace, bringing peace, unity, and understanding among the residents and employees. May your name be glorified through her actions and may she be a shining light in her workplace.
