This Moment-- In these moments of feeling low the enemy has you right where they want you. Like nobody cares or wishes to help. Then loneliness sets in. I can relate to this experience. A few months ago I was volunteering to clean up at a homeless shelter here. It's population is all drug addicts. We are the heroine capital of America no lie. It's very dangerous. I didn't want to be there but God put a calling on me to serve. I was going through the same thing you are feeling low and loneliness. Then the case manager walked over and complimented my work. Then he said out of the blue " hey you know your not alone right?" I just stopped and looked at him. I wondered how he knew that? I asked him why he said that? He told me about not ever giving up hope. How you have to hang on to a glimmer of light no matter how small. It was like God was speaking to me. He told me how he had been in prison for 25 years serving a life sentence. How everyday he mentally rehearsed getting out. He meditated and visualized never giving up hope. But his cell mate was the opposite and negative and depressed. Eventually his cell mate committed suicide. The next day a letter from the state said he qualified for early release. His cell mate did too. But it was too late. Being told to hold faith and wisdom is hard to hear when you're not feeling good. Mental strength is important for your life. You and only you can turn things around. You can speak to Jesus in the same way that you are speaking with a friend. I'll admit it was very difficult for me mostly because I was seeking a quick fix. But I just wanted to feel loved. So I decided that I would just accept I really wasn't alone. I started seeing others as myself. That they probably felt alone too. So I went up to anyone that looked sad and alone and just started being kind and loving toward them. It began to work. I am doing well now. It's because someone cared enough to speak with me. I now speak with everyone. I help them understand they're not alone. Detach yourself from your thoughts. Thoughts are thoughts. You're not in competition with God. Don't let the enemy (ego) get momentum in your mind. Trust in your life and hold on to hope and faith and wisdom. Help is as close as your ability to connect with Jesus. Now at first it seems impossible but it will take you some time. I just enjoy being in conversation with my higher mind which to me us Jesus consciousness. Our ego will try everything it can to pull you down mentally and emotionally even physically. Ego stands for Edging God Out. Listen to inspiration music or a podcast or sermon. Stay plugged in to God consciousness. You can speak to a pastor or a counselor or prayer partner. But grab some hope everyday. I know how you feel my friend. To be positive is hard when you're negative but try to flip it around. It takes the same amount of effort and energy to be positive as it does to feel negative. When you're ready someone will inspire you to come up. Someone just did! You're Not Alone. Please pray for my wellbeing. I'm constantly feeling low, it feels like nobody cares or wishes to help and as a result I'm constantly lonely. Pray some help comes my way. Thank you all
