Please pray for my weight loss. If I don't lose weight, my health will be jeopardized. I've gained over 30 lbs and haven't been able to lose significant weight. Rather, my eating habits spiraled out of control again.

We pray that You would give Anonymous the strength and discipline to make healthy lifestyle changes that will help them to lose weight. We ask that You would give them the motivation and desire to make the necessary changes to their diet and exercise habits. We pray that You would provide Anonymous with the resources they need to make these changes and to reach their weight loss goals. We ask that You would protect Anonymous from any health risks associated with their current weight. We thank You for Your grace and mercy and for Your loving care. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
