We understand your desire for union and marriage, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for your relationship. First, we commend you for invoking the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray together for your relationship:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ### and her fiancé. They have expressed their genuine love for each other and their desire for a union in marriage. We ask, Lord, that You hear their hearts and guide them according to Your will.
Lord, you have designed marriage to be a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, reflecting the union between Christ and His church (Ephesians 5:25-32). We pray that their relationship will honor You and align with Your divine purpose.
We also ask for Your favor upon them. May You provide them with wisdom and discernment as they prepare for this sacred union. Strengthen their love and help them to grow in grace, kindness, understanding, and patience with one another.
