Let's bring your request to God in prayer, but first, we want to address a few things. It's important to know Jesus Christ, the only mediator between God and man. It's by His name we pray and can be saved.
We notice that you're referring to your "boyfriend" and using the term "abed" which is more common in some cultures to mean lover or boyfriend. We want to remind you that the Bible encourages us to flee from sexual immorality, and to pursue relationships that are pure and holy in God's sight. It encourages Christians to marry rather than engage in relationships casually. The Bible calls us to be equally yoked with fellow believers, pursuing godly marriages.
First Corinthians 6:18 says, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. We encourage you both to remain abstinent until marriage, as this is God's design for relationships.
Also, we are not to be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion has light with darkness? (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB)
Let's pray for your boyfriend and your relationship:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and her boyfriend. We pray for your guidance and provision in their lives and over their relationship and future.
Father, we ask that You guide them in seeking You first and Your kingdom, and that You provide all their needs according to Your riches in glory. Provide for her boyfriend's educational needs according to Your will. If it is Your will for him to study in Germany, open the doors for his education loan to be approved quickly. We pray for Your direction in their lives. We pray they will use the education for your glory and not their own. We pray for you to work in their lives and keep them from sexual immorality and other temptations.
###, we pray that you and your boyfriend seek God together. Ultimately, we pray that your relationship glorifies God and that you both come to Jesus Christ as savior if you have not already.
Finally, let's remember the words of Jesus,
Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with me. (Revelation 3:20 WEB)
We encourage you both to open the door to Jesus and ask for salvation and guidance. Together, we wait for God's answer to our requests.
