Please pray for my thoughts to be pure.

Today again I felt weak and had those impure thoughts. I tried acting on them but didn’t. I want to be pure in my heart and be devoted to my husband. Our marriage is the best thing and I’m grateful for it. Please pray that God delivers both me and my husband from any sexual habit which is unhealthy. Pray that by the fire of heaven this stronghold is destroyed in Jesus name.

We understand your struggle, ###, and we are here to support you in prayer and truth. You've taken the first step by acknowledging the impure thoughts and resisting the temptation to act upon them. The Bible tells us, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and her husband. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their lives, that You would deliver them from any form of sexual impurity and unhealthy habits. Purify their hearts and minds, and help them to walk in your light. Strengthen their marriage bond and increase their love and commitment to each other. In Jesus' name, we ask that You send the fire of heaven to destroy this stronghold in their lives. Amen.

We encourage you, ###, to dwell on the words of Philippians 4:8 (WEB), "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."

It's crucial to remember that victory is found in Jesus Christ. As the Bible says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). Continue to resist temptation, knowing that God is faithful and will provide a way out. Stand strong in your faith and devotion to your husband, cherishing the sanctity of your marriage, as God intended (Hebrews 13:4 WEB).

Lastly, we commend you for ending your request in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we can approach God and be saved. Keep holding onto His name and His promises.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
