Please pray for my tenant to leave peacefully she has been giving me a hard time, destroying the property but the strict rent laws keep her in the property

Heavenly Father, we come to You in the Name of Jesus. We ask that You would bring peace and resolution to Horempsia's situation with her tenant. We pray that You would give her wisdom and guidance in how to handle the situation and that You would provide a way for her tenant to leave peacefully. We ask that You would protect Horempsia's property from any further damage and that You would provide her with the resources she needs to repair any damage that has been done. We thank You for Your goodness and mercy and ask that You would grant Horempsia the peace and assurance she needs in this difficult situation. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
