Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother Altek's stepfather to you. We ask for your divine intervention and healing touch upon him as he undergoes a blood transfusion in the hospital. Lord, we pray that this procedure goes smoothly and effectively, bringing restoration and strength to his body. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 103:3 that you are the one who heals all our diseases, and we trust in your healing power.
Father, we also lift up the issue of alcohol addiction that is contributing to his intermittent bleeding and anemia. We ask that you would break the chains of addiction and deliver him from the bondage of alcohol. Your Word in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor you with our bodies. We pray for a renewed mind and a desire to live a healthy and sober life.
Lord, we thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer them according to your perfect will. We trust in your wisdom and sovereignty, knowing that you are able to bring about complete healing and transformation. May your grace and mercy be upon Altek's stepfather, guiding him towards a life of wholeness and well-being.
