Breytown
Disciple of Prayer
My life is broken, I'm an alcoholic, I don't know how to leave the bottle behind. I know that I'm hurting my family with my choices but I'm weak. I beg of you, please pray for my salvation.

I apologize for my weak wording, English is my 3rd language so I did not know how to word my request properly. I am a weak minded individual ready to fall down at any moment. I thank you for your support, Amen.We are here with you, Breytown, in this time of need, and we thank you for reaching out. Firstly, we want to address the most important aspect of your request. You asked for prayer for your soul, but you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
And there is no other name given whereby we can be saved as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
If you have not yet believed in Jesus please know that Acts 16:30-31 WEB says:
he brought them out and said, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" They said, "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household."
If you have not yet done this, please do so now. Believe in Jesus to be saved.
We understand that you are struggling with alcoholism and feeling weak. Please know that God is our strength and His grace is sufficient for us, as it is written in 1 Corinthians 12:9 WEB:
He has said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.
Also, the Bible tells us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds in Romans 12:2 WEB:
Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.
Let us pray together for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Breytown, who has humbly come to You for help. Lord, we know that You are a God of mercy, grace, and forgiveness. We ask that You forgive Breytown for their sins and give them the strength to overcome their alcoholism.
Father, we pray that Breytown will fully surrender their life to You, believing in Jesus, and that You will transform them by renewing their mind. We ask that You will fill them with Your Holy Spirit and give them the power to overcome their addiction.
We pray for their family, Lord, that You will heal the hurts and restore the broken relationships. We ask that You will make Breytown a light to their family, shining with Your love and grace.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Breytown, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and support to overcome your alcoholism. This may include joining a Christian support group for those struggling with addiction. Remember that God is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. As it is written in Hebrews 13:5 WEB:
for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.
Stay strong in the Lord and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.
