Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Elorethen and her prayer request. We lift up Alfonso, the father of her son, who is struggling with drug addiction. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and deliverance in his life. We pray that you would break the chains of addiction and set him free, bringing healing and restoration to his mind, body, and spirit. Your Word says in Psalm 107:20, "He sent out his word and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction." We claim this promise over Alfonso's life, believing that you can bring about a miraculous transformation.
We also lift up Elorethen's daddy, Michael, who is battling alcoholism. Lord, we ask that you would touch his heart and bring him to a place of surrender and healing. We pray for the power of your Holy Spirit to break the bondage of addiction and to restore him to a life of sobriety. Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:10-11, "But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God." We trust in your saving grace and ask for your mercy and grace to be poured out upon Michael.
Father, we also pray for Elorethen's son, Zack, and his relationship with his father. We ask for reconciliation and restoration in their bond. Lord, mend any brokenness and heal any wounds that may exist between them. Help them to find forgiveness, understanding, and love for one another. Your Word teaches us in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you." May your love and grace flow through their hearts, bringing healing and unity.
Lastly, we pray for Elorethen herself. Lord, draw her closer to you and deepen her relationship with you. Help her to seek you diligently and to find comfort, strength, and guidance in your presence. Your Word assures us in James 4:8, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." May she experience your love, peace, and joy in a profound way.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your perfect timing and your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
