We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles your son is facing, Aulhan. We will stand with you in prayer and believe for God's intervention in his life.
Firstly, we want to emphasize the importance of inviting Jesus Christ into our lives and praying in His name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If your son hasn't already, we encourage him to receive Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.
Now, let us pray for your son:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Aulhan's son to You. Lord, You know the struggles he is facing in his workplace. The pressure is immense, and it is taking a toll on his mental and emotional well-being. We pray that You will strengthen him and help him to carry this load. Let Your perfect peace fill his heart and mind in Jesus Christ who provides a peace beyond all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
Father, we pray that You will grant him the power to do his job well, with a spirit of excellence. Remind him that whatever he does, he should do it as if he's doing it for You, with all his heart (Colossians 3:23-24, WEB). We also ask that You will help him to prioritize his tasks and manage his time effectively, so that he can find the rest and sleep he needs (Psalm 127:2, WEB).
We rebuke any spirit of anxiety, stress, or fear that may be tormenting him. In their place, we pray that You will fill him with Your Holy Spirit, giving him love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23, WEB).
Lastly, Lord, we pray for his salvation, that he may know Jesus Christ personally, if he does not already. We ask that through this trial, he will draw closer to You and experience Your goodness and faithfulness.
We ask all this in Jesus' name, Amen.
