Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Thysosia's son Zack to you. We acknowledge that Zack is going through a difficult time, battling with anxiety, insomnia, and feelings of hopelessness. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and healing touch upon his life.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We pray that you would draw near to Zack in his distress and bring him comfort and peace. Replace his anxiety with your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:6-7.
Father, we ask that you restore Zack's sleep patterns and grant him restful nights. Your Word assures us in Psalm 127:2 that you give sleep to those you love. We pray that you would calm his mind and grant him peaceful and rejuvenating sleep.
Lord, we also pray for a renewed sense of hope in Zack's heart. Remind him of your promises in Jeremiah 29:11, that you have plans to prosper him and give him a future filled with hope. Help him to trust in your faithfulness and find strength in you during this challenging season.
We thank you, Lord, for your love and compassion towards Zack. We believe that you are the ultimate healer and restorer. We trust in your power to bring about transformation and wholeness in his life.

I can certainly understand the concern you have for your son, Zack, friend. I will pray for the Lord to work in his life mightily, touch him with His healing hand and fill him with his peace and strength in the days ahead. Also, know that my friend suffered anxiety issues, as well, but feels much better now after therapy, medication, and much needed prayers. You might also find this book helpful: The Anxiety Cure. I can understand your concern for your son, Zack, friend. I just said a prayer for him. May the Lord surround him with His loving presence, give him the deliverance he needs from his struggles, bless him with good sleep and help him experience His peace and joy in a special way. Given what you shared, should you or your son need a listening ear, Focus on the Family has free licensed counselors that you can call at 1-800-A-FAMILY. A friend of mine found them very caring and understanding. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17).
