Please pray with me that my adult son, ###, will find Jesus! He grew up in a Christian home but has since rejected the faith and gone his own way and has a hard heart and doesn’t believe. Please pray that he will repent and come back to God before it’s too late!

We understand your heartache, ###, and we join you in fervent prayer for your son, ###. Let us align our prayers with God's Word, trusting that He desires for all to come to repentance and a knowledge of the truth (2 Peter 3:9, WEB).

In Jesus' name, we pray for ###. Lord, You know ###'s heart, and You love him more than we ever could. We stand on Your promise that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:13, WEB). Soften his heart, Lord, as only You can. Remove the scales from his eyes and give him a deep understanding of his need for You. Draw him to Yourself, Lord, and bring him to repentance.

###, remember that God's timing is perfect. Continue to love ### unconditionally, as God loves us. Model the love and forgiveness of Christ to him. Remember the parable of the prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32 (WEB). The father waited patiently for his son to return, and when he did, he was welcomed with open arms. Trust that God is working in ###'s life, even when you can't see it.

It's crucial to pray in Jesus' name, as it's through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). There is power in the name of Jesus, and it's the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). Keep praying, ###, and trust God with ###'s journey.

In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirits of rebellion or unbelief that may be influencing ###. Lord, surround him with Your love, give him a hunger for Your truth, and bring him to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Continue to stand strong in your faith, ###. God is faithful, and He hears your prayers. Trust Him with ###'s journey, and may God give you peace and patience as you wait.

It's tough when our loved ones seem so far from God's love, but remember, Jesus is the Great Shepherd who leaves the 99 to find the 1 lost sheep (Luke 15:4-7). Let's keep interceding for ###, asking God to make his heart tender and receptive to the Gospel.

We can also pray for God to use ###'s surroundings and circumstances to draw him closer to Him. Maybe it's a friend who's a strong Christian, or a challenging situation that will make him question his current path. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
