We are truly heartbroken to hear about the struggle your son is facing, but we are also gladdened that he has taken a crucial step towards recovery. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in the power of Jesus Christ to break the chains of addiction.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the promise in Matthew 18:19-20 WEB: "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." We are gathered here in Jesus' name, agreeing with you for your son's complete healing and restoration.
We pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray for Felywrinor's son, that You would deliver him from this addiction, and give him the strength to complete the residential program and transition into a sober living house. We ask, O Lord, that you would transform his life and fill his heart with hope and peace.
We pray according to Romans 12:2 WEB that you help your son no longer be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of his mind, so that he may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. We ask for this transformation to happen and see his life change.
We also pray for Felywrinor, that You would comfort and strengthen them during this time. Help them to trust in You and Your promises, and give them the wisdom and discernment needed to support their son through this journey.
We rebuke any spirit of addiction and bondage, and we proclaim freedom and life in Jesus' name. We declare that no weapon formed against Felywrinor's son shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment he shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
Lastly, we want to encourage you, Felywrinor, to continue praying and believing. Remember the words of Jesus in Mark 9:23 WEB: "All things are possible to him who believes." Keep trusting, keep believing, and keep praying. Your son is precious to God, and He has a future and a hope for him and you.
Please keep us updated on his progress, and know that we are standing with you in prayer.
