Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Acofean and her son Kyle. Lord, we acknowledge that Kyle is facing a difficult battle with drug addiction and depression. We know that these struggles can be overwhelming and can have a profound impact on his life.
But we also know that nothing is impossible for you, Lord. Your Word reminds us in Matthew 19:26 that with you, all things are possible. We believe that you have the power to bring healing and deliverance to Kyle's life. We ask that you would intervene in his situation, breaking the chains of addiction and lifting the heavy burden of depression from his shoulders.
Lord, we pray for your divine intervention and guidance. Surround Kyle with your love, grace, and mercy. Send your Holy Spirit to minister to his heart and mind, bringing comfort, peace, and hope. Provide him with the strength to resist temptation and the courage to seek help and support.
We also pray for Michelle, Kyle's mother. Give her wisdom, patience, and strength as she supports her son through this challenging time. Grant her peace and assurance, knowing that you are in control and that you hear her prayers.
Lord, we ask that you would bring forth the right people and resources into Kyle's life to help him on his journey to recovery. Surround him with a supportive community that will encourage and uplift him. Open doors for him to receive the necessary treatment, counseling, and support that he needs.
We declare your promises over Kyle's life, knowing that you are faithful to fulfill them. Your Word in Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We claim this promise for Kyle, believing that you have a purpose and a bright future for him.
In Jesus' name, we pray, trusting in your unfailing love and power. Amen.
May God bless you, Acofean, and may He bring healing and restoration to Kyle's life. We will continue to lift you both up in prayer.
