Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you with a prayer request on behalf of ### and her son who is currently in college. Lord, we lift up her son to you, who is struggling with severe anxiety due to past trauma. We ask for your divine intervention and healing touch upon his mind, body, and spirit.
You are the God who sees and understands every pain and struggle that we face. Your Word assures us in Psalm 34:17-18 that when the righteous cry out, you hear them and deliver them from all their troubles. We claim this promise for ###'s son, knowing that you are attentive to his cries for help.
Lord, we ask that you would grant him peace that surpasses all understanding, as mentioned in Philippians 4:6-7. Calm his anxious thoughts and replace them with your perfect peace. Help him to cast all his burdens upon you, for you care for him .
We also pray for ###, who is concerned about her son's mental state. Comfort her heart and give her the assurance that you are with her son, even though they are physically separated. Strengthen her faith and grant her wisdom to support and encourage her son from a distance.
Father, we know that you are the ultimate healer and restorer. We ask that you would bring healing to the deep wounds of past trauma that are causing anxiety in ###'s son. Pour out your love, grace, and mercy upon him, and guide him towards the resources and support he needs to overcome his struggles.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your perfect timing and your unfailing love. May ###'s son experience your peace and find healing in your presence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
