Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s son ### to you. We acknowledge that ### is in need of your guidance and deliverance. We pray that you would draw him close to you, Lord, and reveal your love and grace to him in a powerful way.
We ask that you would forgive ### for any wrong decisions he has made and help him to turn away from any destructive paths. We pray for a transformation in his heart and mind, that he may have a deep desire to seek you and follow your ways.
Lord, we know that you are a God of redemption and restoration. We ask that you would deliver ### from any bondage or negative influences that may be hindering his relationship with you. Set him free, Lord, and fill him with your Holy Spirit.
We also pray for ###, that you would give them strength and wisdom as they support and intercede for their son. Grant them peace and assurance in knowing that you are working in ###'s life.
We claim the promise in Genesis 32:9, where Jacob reminded you of your promise to deal well with him. We pray that you would fulfill your promises in ###'s life, bringing him into a deep and personal relationship with you.
In Jesus' name, we ask all these things, trusting in your faithfulness and love. Amen.

I just said a prayer for your son, ###, friend. May the Lord draw him closer to Himself in the coming days, give him the wisdom in making the right choices and help him experience His peace and joy in a special way during this time. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this comforting thought from the psalmist: "I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears." (Psalm 34: 4).
