We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles your son is facing, but we are grateful that you have reached out to us for prayer. We stand with you in faith, believing that God can heal and restore your son.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (WEB), "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God." God is the source of all comfort and healing, and He can bring peace to your son's mind and heart.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Feyyayth's son to You. Lord, You know the pain and trauma he has experienced, and how it has led to depression and a straying from Your path. We ask for Your healing touch upon his life. Comfort him as only You can, and remind him of Your unfailing love. Draw him back to You, Lord, and surround him with Your presence. Guide him to seek help and support from godly counselors and friends. Give Feyyayth the strength and wisdom to support her son in this journey, and fill their home with Your peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also want to encourage you, Feyyayth, to continually declare God's promises over your son's life. Remember the words of Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand." God is with your son, and He will never forsake him.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that the power of our prayers comes from the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). Continue to pray fervently, believing in the power of Jesus' name.
We will continue to keep your son in our prayers, trusting that God will bring healing and restoration to his life. Stay strong in faith and never give up hope.
