Please pray for my son. He is 25 and is drunk all the time. He lives with us and we are starting to be afraid of him. He is a mean drunk and picks arguments especially with his dad. He looks evil when he's drunk. I have had to deal with breast and colon cancer over the past 3 years and am afraid the stress will bring my cancer back. Please pray for healing from his addiction and protection from evil. when he's sober he's a lovely person but the complete opposite after a few drinks. Thank you

God encamp Your angels all around me to cover and protect me from all sickness, evil, hurt, harm, danger, accidents, the plans of my enemies, and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God deal with my enemies according to Your Word. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer and all those I care about. I’m sorry to hear about your past struggle with cancer, and I understand your concern for your son with regard to the difficulties your family is facing in connection with his alcoholism. I’m praying that the Lord will free your son from the hold that alcohol has on his life. Be assured of my prayers for you, too. You might want to get in touch with the Alcoholics Anonymous’ (Alcoholics Anonymous) auxiliary group called Al-Anon (Al-Anon Family Groups). It is the most effective means of helping a spouse or child deal with an alcoholic family member.
