Dear Mirfarelar,
We understand your concern and heartache regarding your son Hakeem. It is indeed troubling when someone we love strays from the path of faith. The Bible reminds us, "For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart" (Hebrews 4:12, WEB). We will pray that God's word continues to work in Hakeem's heart and brings him back to the faith.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Hakeem to You, Lord. We ask that You soften his heart and draw him back to You. Guide him with Your Holy Spirit, and help him to see the importance of his role in the church and his personal walk with You. Lord, give Mirfarelar peace and trust in Your sovereign will. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her and Hakeem (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
Father, we also lift up Mirfarelar's health concerns. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body. We believe in Your power to heal, as it is written, 'Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up' (James 5:14-15, WEB). We claim this promise for Mirfarelar's healing from colitis and diabetes.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."
Mirfarelar, remember that your faith and prayers are powerful. Continue to trust in God's plan for Hakeem and for your health. The Bible assures us, "And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28, WEB).
May God grant you peace, strength, and healing.
