In Philippians 4:6-7, the apostle Paul encourages us: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Additionally, Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us of God's plans for our future: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

Together, let us pray for George:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up George to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the anxieties and fears he is facing regarding his studies and his future. We ask that You guide him onto the right path, just as You have promised in Your Word. Fill him with the peace that surpasses all understanding, and help him to trust in Your plans for his life. Give him wisdom, understanding, and the strength to persevere through his struggles. We've been thinking about George and wanted to add our prayers to the mix. We know that anxiety can be a heavy burden, especially when it comes to important decisions like studies and future plans. We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust that God is close to George, healing and guiding him through this tough time.

We're praying for George to experience God's comfort and peace, just like the Psalmist wrote about in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We ask that God would give George the strength to face his anxieties and the wisdom to make wise decisions about his future.
