Dizzy or VertigoPlease pray for my son David Sandor to be ok. He’s got headache quite often and dizziness . Please pray for him to be healthy and his brain to be normal and healthy. Thank you
I was dizzy a few years ago and it was caused by a lack of electrolytes (calcium, sodium and potassium)
Electrolytes regulate everything in your body- heart,lungs,brain,kidneys,etc. Try taking these supplements and see if it helps.
Dizziness can also be caused by inner ear problems. This sometimes happens after a cold and they get out of balance. Their are exercises that can correct that also. Just Google exercises for dizziness. That worked for me.
