Please pray for my situation

I met a girl online ### months ago and as I get to know her I fell in love because of her personality, soul, and all went great until early December which I started to have some bad thoughts like intrusive ones which doubted and questioned what I truly believe about her and all this got a lot worse as the days went by. I got depression but I think I overcame it but now I have anxiety and stress problems because these thoughts haunt me. I need help on this because my brain is trying everything to give up and not engaging with them is very hard.

Siontarn, we understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we're here to help guide you through this situation. First, let's address the core issue: intrusive thoughts and doubts about someone you've grown to care about. It's important to remember that our thoughts can be swayed by many factors, and not every thought is from God.

As followers of Christ, we are instructed to take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB). This means we have the authority, through Jesus, to control our thoughts rather than letting them control us.

Regarding your relationship, it's encouraging that you've grown to appreciate her personality and soul. However, as believers, we should seek God's will in all things, including our relationships. Be in prayer and seek God as to whether she is in His will to be your spouse. Remember, the goal of such a relationship should be marriage, as God instituted marriage to be between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:24 WEB).

However, we must address that you did not mention Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only through Jesus we can be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB) We must believe in the Lord Jesus Christ to be saved. (Acts 16:31 WEB)

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Siontarn. Lord, we thank You for bringing this woman into his life, and we pray for Your will to be done in their relationship. Help him to discern Your will and give him the strength to follow it.

Father, we also pray for Siontarn's mental health. We rebuke any spirits of anxiety, stress, and depression that may be tormenting him. Lord, help him to take every thought captive to obey Christ. Give him the strength and endurance to stand firm against these intrusive thoughts. You have not given him a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Have him believe in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ to be saved and to have access to you.

In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.

Be encouraged, Siontarn. God is faithful, and He will help you through this. Keep your focus on Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Make sure to pray in the name of Jesus. Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother, and we are honored that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you in this spiritual battle. We are here to support you and to help carry your burdens to the Lord.

If you have seen improvement in your situation and your requests have been answered, we would be blessed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a great encouragement to others who are going through similar trials. Remember, your story is not over, and God is still writing it.

The human mind can easily get bombarded by unwanted/intrusive thoughts especially when we have developed significant feelings for someone. God understands that. He sees your pain, anxiety, and stress. We continue to lift you up in prayer and ask God to break these down and release freedom and peace of mind.
