Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God is our healer and that His power is made perfect in our weakness. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB: "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'" Therefore, we can trust in His ability to heal ###'s body and bring comfort to her situation.
However, we must also address the need for forgiveness of sins, as you mentioned. It is only through confessing our sins and believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved and have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." And in 1 John 1:9 WEB: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister ### to Your throne of grace. We ask, in Jesus' name, that You forgive her sins and cleanse her from all unrighteousness. We pray that You take away any spiritual warfare that may be affecting her and put a hedge of protection around her.
Father, we also ask for Your healing touch upon ###'s body, specifically addressing the issue of uterine growth and PCOD. We pray that these growths are not cancerous or tumors, and we ask for Your divine healing, in Jesus' name.
