We come before You with hearts full of faith and confidence in Your healing power. We lift up ###'s sister who has undergone her second kidney transplant and is experiencing serious back pain. We ask for Your divine intervention and healing touch upon her body. Your Word says in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We claim this promise for ###'s sister and pray for a complete recovery and relief from her pain.

According to the Bible how do you get healed?

First we need to know if it's God's will for you to be healed.

God says very plainly that He wants you to be healthy and happy.

3 John 2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

And so God has made provisions in His Word to keep you healthy.

Sickness sometimes is cured instantly, but most of the time it occurs when we follow God's instructions and our body heals itself naturally.

So let's see who might be responsible for your sickness:

Some times sickness comes from Satan and sometimes it comes from our bad habits like (drinking, smoking, overeating, etc.)

God gives you instructions in the Bible on what to avoid in your life so you will stay healthy and also instructions on how to heal your sickness when it occurs and bring you back to a healthy state.

First God gives you instructions that will help your body stay healthy:

Proverbs 17:22 tells us, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones." Stay happy and your body will begin to heal itself/ Keep anger, fear and frustration out of your thoughts they can cause health problems.

Philippians 4:6-7 6 Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
A peaceful mind helps your body stay healthy.

You also have a spirit and God gives you scriptures to help your spirit stay strong.

Romans 10:17 - So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Your spirit controls everything in your body and faith is the power it needs to help heal your body. Reading scriptures on healing causes faith to grow in your spirit and that gives your spirit more power to heal you.

Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Is.53:5
But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.

PSALM 107:20 HE SENT HIS WORD AND HEALED THEM, AND DELIVERED THEM FROM THEIR DESTRUCTIONS.

Joining other people in prayer gives your prayer more power

God says that if two people on earth agree about anything they ask He will do it. Matt.18:19

He puts it this way:

I will be praying in agreement with all of your prayers from now on.
