Please pray for my shoulder. A little over a month ago I underwent shoulder surgery and have been recovering ever since. About a week or so ago I did some cooking for my folks and I think I overdid it. My shoulder was very sore for a few days. On my way home from work I slipped and fell on the trail and I'm afraid the impact did something to my shoulder. I won't say the pain is intense by any means. I will say the shoulder really hurts and what little range of motion I had is gone. I ask this in Jesus Name. Amen.
