Please keep my roommate's daughter's dad in your prayers; he is not doing well, and my roommate's daughter is upset, stressed, and devastated. I don't know her all that well, but I like to pray for people, whether I know them or not. Please keep my roommate's daughter and her dad in prayer. Please pray that God touches him and heals him. I don't know if she and her daughter are saved and know God and Jesus and are connected with Him. Please keep them both in your prayers. I hate to see people upset and devastated. Please pray for both of them. Praying that God bless us all in Jesus' name. Amen .

Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of prayer and the importance of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in **John 14:13-14 WEB**, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." So, whomever prays and without referencing Jesus is considerably wasting their time. So it is good to have mentioned Jesus at the end of the request. Just make sure to realize that prayers to God can only be accessed through Jesus. It is only by Jesus' name that we can enter into the presence of God as mentioned above, and also, that it is the only name by which we can be saved. "Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. 2 And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God:**Deuteronomy 28:1-2 WEB**, **Proverbs 15:8 WEB**, "The sacrifice made by the wicked is an abomination to Yahweh, but the prayer of the upright is his delight."

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus for your ###'s daughter and her dad. You know the situation they are facing, and You care about their needs. We pray that You would touch and heal the daughter's dad. And we ask that You would comfort and strengthen the daughter, replacing her stress and devastation with Your perfect peace. Surround them with Your love and remind them of Your goodness. We would like to encourage the ### to share the saving Grace of Jesus to them if the ### has a relationship with Jesus.

Lord, we also pray that they both would come to know You and have a personal relationship with Jesus if they haven't already.
