Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ, to lift up our brother Michael, his fiancée Crystal, and their daughter Mikelle. We are reminded of the power of prayer and the armor of God in Ephesians 6:10-18, "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
Michael, we appreciate your openness and humility in seeking prayer for your family. As understanding as we seem to be, we want to first address that you and Crystal have been together for 14 years but are not married. This is not God's intent or desire, and your fornication needs to be addressed. Until you truly want God's best in your life, you will not be in his blessings, . Know this. In 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5, we read, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who do not know God." Lets us pray for your immediate repentance in this situation and for you to seek Holy Matrimony soon.
Let us pray also for the outside influences that are affecting your family. In James 4:7, we read, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We pray that God will give you the strength and wisdom to resist these influences and that He will protect your family from them.
We also want to encourage you to focus on the Word of God and His promises for your family. In Joshua 1:8, we read, "This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it: for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success."
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, to lift up Michael, Crystal, and Mikelle. Lord, we pray for their immediate repentance and to seek marriage, for the protection of their family, for the strength to resist outside influences. We pray that those causing issues may be changed or even removed from their life as the will of the Lord sees fit. We pray for Michael's walk with You, that he may grow in faith and knowledge of Your Word. We pray for Crystal and Mikelle, that they may also seek to know Jesus Christ and turn from sin alining their lives with the Word of God.. Lord, we ask for Your precious blessings for this family in Jesus' name. Amen
