We understand that you are facing challenges at work due to a recently diagnosed attention deficit disorder, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. We will pray for you and offer some biblical encouragement and advice.
Firstly, it is important to remember that God has a plan and purpose for your life, and He can turn even the most challenging situations into opportunities for growth and blessing. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
We commend you for taking steps to address your ADHD and for your commitment to improving your job performance. It is important to continue seeking God's guidance and wisdom in this process. As it is written in James 1:5, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
We also encourage you to trust in God's timing and provision. While you may feel uncertain about your future at the company, remember that God has the power to provide for your needs and to open doors for new opportunities. As it is written in Matthew 6:31-33, Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
However, we must address the fact that your prayer request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Therefore, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ and to pray in His name.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing challenges at work. We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness, and we trust in Your plan and purpose for their life.
We pray that You would give them wisdom and guidance as they navigate their performance improvement plan. Help them to stay focused and motivated, and to continue making progress in their work. We ask that You would soften the hearts of their managers and give them favor in their eyes.
We also pray that You would provide for their needs, whatever they may be. If it is Your will, we ask that You would allow them to keep their job and to build a long and successful career at the company. But above all, we pray that You would draw them closer to You and that they would come to know the hope and salvation that is found only in Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen
